Primebox LLC operates as an independent third-party marketing, customer acquisition, and billing service provider. We facilitate enrollment into streaming, television, and related telecommunications services offered by providers such as Spectrum.
Primebox LLC does not control network infrastructure, service delivery, service quality, or provider policies.
3. Billing & Payments
By enrolling in services through Primebox LLC, you authorize us to:

Collect and process payments on behalf of the service provider.

Bill your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.

Share required customer information with the service provider to activate and maintain your service.
You agree that all billing disputes related to service performance must be resolved with the underlying provider, not Primebox LLC.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through approved support channels.

Primebox LLC does not guarantee refunds for services already rendered.

Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of the underlying service provider.

Setup, activation, administrative, and processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Service Availability & Changes
Service offerings, pricing, channel lineups, and package features may change at any time without notice. Primebox LLC is not responsible for changes initiated by the service provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primebox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
